Morten has a long playing career behind him, including 16 seasons as a professional abroad and 19 World Cup tournaments for Denmark. Morten is also the holder of the national match record with 316 matches in red and white.

After his career, Morten has worked as an ice hockey agent in the European market and today has the main responsibility for Sweden and Switzerland in People In Sport.

Due to his many years as a player both at home and abroad, Morten has great professional competence in the sport and a large network of contacts throughout Europe. His many years in the sport means he has a great understanding of his clients' everyday lives. So in addition to helping with contract negotiations and career choices, Morten often acts as a sports mentor for his clients.
