Jakob has a particular passion for career planning and how, with the right plan, hard work and good advice, you can move a player from a talent to an established league player, and from a league player to a foreign profile. 

Jakob has a large network in the handball world and has previously worked at XPS Sideline Analyzer, which professional handball clubs and coaches use for planning and statistics.

In addition, Jakob is educated in economics and strategy and has DHF talent coach and diploma coach education.
