Steen has been a scout in People In Sport's football department since 2009.
Alongside People In Sport, he works as a football coach and teacher at a sports school in Hørsholm. Steen is a DBU-trained coach and has played professionally for many years and is very fond of watching youth football and being part of the process of finding the greatest talents.
