Mikkel joined People in Sport on August 1, 2019 as an agent and is responsible for recruiting youth players west of the Great Belt.

BACKGROUND.
Mikkel has a degree in Commerce (HHX) and has previously been employed at Sydbank when he studied Financial Economics. Before joining People in Sport, Mikkel has also been a professional soccer player - with Superliga, 1st division and youth international matches on his resume. Mikkel's career ended early due to injuries, so now he is passionate about sharing his experiences and helping other players succeed in their goals.

STRENGTHS
As a former player, Mikkel has a lot of things he will try to learn from. Mikkel has always been part of a competitive elite environment - he has experienced being selected and rejected and knows what it takes to make it from youth player to senior player.

PHILOSOPHY
Mikkel's philosophy is that you shouldn't always look at what others are doing, but that you should always strive to become the best version of yourself and be the one who wants it the most.
